What's it going to cost?

All boiler installations need to fit various site conditions and meet individual customers central heating requirements, therefore the replacement boiler prices you see are an indication of what a replacement boiler is likely to cost, sometimes the actual price is cheaper sometimes it may be a little more.

However once a site survey has been carrried out for a replacement boiler or central heating installation then the price quoted is fixed, everything is included, there are no hidden extras. Guaranteed.

Include in a like for like boiler change, i.e. swap your old, broken or unreliable combination boiler for a new high efficiency economical model is the following;

A standard flue kit is included, the boiler condense pipe work to a suitable drain point is included as is the gas upgrade for up to 3 metres in length. We have also included all necessary boiler pipe work and fittings, a chemical flush of the central heating system and boiler hard water protection (combi boilers) & iron oxide (sludge) protection (open vented boilers). The boilers electrical connections, boiler and central heating testing and registration with Building Control is also included. We even take away and recycle your old boiler, central heating parts and rubbish.

There are reasonable extra costs for changing central heating system types for example remove hot water cylinder, tanks etc and replace with a combination boiler. These prices are dependent on location of boilers etc, please enquire for your no obligation fixed price written quote.

Price Match?

We guarantee to price match or better (usually a lot better) for a comparable current boiler or central heating installation quote from a national company i.e. British Gas, N-Power or EON. In fact, if we don't beat their written quote for a replacement boiler or central heating we will give you £100 for the opportunity - you simply can't lose! *subject to terms & conditions

If you have a quote from an independent installer for a replacement boiler or central heating installation, we cannot guarantee to beat their written quote, nevertheless we will accept the challenge. For your assurance, we will not compromise quality of service or materials just to be the cheapest.
